An unofficial MCP connector that lets AI assistants check an NYC building's public record before you rent: housing violations, tenant complaints, 311 reports, DOB complaints and bed bug filings, from NYC Open Data.

Data & limits
- Sources (NYC Open Data): HPD Housing Maintenance Code Violations, HPD Complaints and Problems, Bedbug Reporting, Buildings Subject to HPD Jurisdiction, DOB Complaints Received and 311 Service Requests.
- Addresses are matched to buildings with NYC Planning Labs GeoSearch.
- Records show reported issues, not current conditions, and update on each agency's schedule.
- Results are cached at the edge for up to an hour (building basics and address matches up to a day).
- Violation classes: C = immediately hazardous, B = hazardous, A = non-hazardous.
